KURA/Brewery visit 2018.6月

埼玉県の酒蔵へ、見学に行ってきました。

副杜氏さんが、わかりやすく説明してくださいました。

麹を振りかける作業に、いまいちイメージのつかめていない部分を持っていたんです。

写真でしか見たことがないので。

その部分、今回の蔵見学で教えていただいて、スッキリできました！

I visited a brewery in Saitama prefecture.

The deputy Brewer gave me an easy-to-understand explanation.

I had the part that the image was not gripped in the work to sprinkle the Koji. 

I've only seen it in pictures...

Thanks to this brewery tour, now I can clearly get the picture of it.
